Abstract
This paper proposes an equipment-fault-diagnosis system based on wearable smart glasses to increase work efficiency. In order to design a newly type of smart glasses equipment-fault-diagnosis system, this paper investigates smart glasses on the market, and deeply study mainly function of smart glasses such as live broadcast, video recording, voice control, etc. After studied current smart glass, this paper proposes a new type of smart glass, which combines original function and augment reality to help user locate and diagnose problems in electronic equipment. A dedicated miniature sensor and 3D modeling database is introduced in this system to connect smart glass display lens and data processing terminal. The proposed system enables user to read the prompt for the solution of equipment failure in the database, also live broadcasting requests remote expert assistance. As a result, smart glass user may support by both of smart glass system and remote expert to solve problem.
