Abstract
The data on the composition of monomeric anthocyanins, which determine the color of dry red wines from the new selection grape variety Codrinschi and local grape varieties: Copceac, Feteasca neagra, Negru de Causeni, have been obtained by the modern instrumental method of analysis – HPLC. The quantities of these compounds, characteristic for each variety, have been determined.
