Abstract

In this study the authors present a method to delay intestinal transit. It is well known that after resection on the thin intestine, on a significant length appears the malabsorption effect, due to the surface lack of absorption. In the given circumstances it is necessary for a method of delaying the intestinal transition, which compensates for the surface lack of absorption with a delay in the process of transition of the intestinal chyle. Therefore a patch of the thick intestine was thought as an anti-peristaltic wave for the thin intestine in an auto-transplant on the thin intestine
