Abstract
In 1981, Bellemann et al. reported that 3H-nitrendipine (3H-NTD) bound to guinea-pig heart membranes and assumed two binding sites. We used canine cardiac sarcolemmal fractions (SI) and homogenates (Hm) and incubated at 25°C, except in the cases of diltiazem, and found a single binding site.
