Abstract
During a revision of some polypores from Cuba (Basidiomycetes, Aphyllophorales), the type specimen of Navisporus ortizii was re-examined and found to be conspecific with Perenniporia martius. The latter is compared with Navisporus sulcatus and its presence in Cuba is briefly discussed. An annotated review of Perenniporia species reported from Cuba is added.
