Abstract
<em>This study aims to reveal and describe the guidance and counseling services for children with special needs at inclusive schools. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The subject of this research is a guidance and counseling teacher who is the coordinator of guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri 168 Jakarta. Data collection techniques carried out in this study used interviews and documentation. There is no special role for guidance anda counseling teachers for students with special needs. The role of Guidance and Counseling for children with special needs at SMP Negeri 168 Jakarta is the same as for other children. The absence of a special supervising teacher has resulted in guidance and counseling teachers being asked to carry out this role to directly deal with special needs students. guidance and counseling teachers do not have a special guidance and counseling program for special needs students. The provision of guidance and counseling services to students with special needs successfully handles students with special needs who find it difficult to focus. Guidance and counseling also succeeded in dealing with special needs students with low learning motivation to become more interested in learning.</em>
