Abstract

The study aimed to investigate undergraduate students' experiences and commitment to online learning during the Covid -19 Pandemic. The study was conducted among international students studying in a private institution in Malaysia. The respondents were interviewed regarding their feedback towards the benefits and shortcomings of online learning, their satisfaction towards instruction support, learning resources, and commitment; simultaneously, they accessed e-learning during coronavirus outbreaks. The study shows that students are delighted by the institution's e-learning mode implemented in the teaching and learning process by conducting interviews. Moreover, the interview session results indicate that most students are satisfied with the quality of education received from the online learning mode and their contribution while accessing online education during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
