Abstract
This study investigated the effect of subject classroom system by examining students' perceptions of science discretion class, which was newly developed as Science Mathematics specialized subject classroom system. Science discretion subject proceeded through inquiry experiments in the subject classroom, applying both block scheduling and divided classes. Surveys were conducted twice in order to find out what the students thought about science discretion subject and subject classroom class. The results have shown that students considered that the teachers have prepared with enhanced enthusiasm and the classes have become more interesting.
