Abstract
Oxysterol receptor EBI2 regulates immune responses that mediate the migration of B and Tcells and stimulate antibody production. In this issue of Structure, Chen and colleagues present two cryo-EM structures of EBI2 in the inactive and active states that reveal the molecular mechanisms of EBI2 ligand binding and signaling.
