Abstract
Thin perovskite films of BaTiO3, PbTiO3 and Pb1-x, CaxTiO3 have been prepared by thermal decomposition of metal-organic compounds. The data on their lattice parameters as a function of concentration have been obtained and discussed. By means of the optical spectroscopy method it has been determined that the decrease of the electron-phonon interaction strength takes place at the phase transitions at 120dGC (BaTiO3) and ∼170° (PbTiO3).
