Abstract

A general approach to the structure and function of communication subsystem of public administration were presented. Is a defined structure in the communication subsystem of public administration low-level subsystems: subsystems of subjects of communication, technological, technical and semiotics subsystems. The basic function of the internal and external communication subsystem public administration selected.
