Abstract
At the isothermal annealing below the crystallization temperature, dependences of the internal friction on time for the thin-film nanogranular composite consisting of crystalline nickel (Ni) and an amorphous material based on lead zirconate titanate [Pb0.81Sr0.04(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.15][(Zr0.575Ti0.425)]O3 have been studied. We have observed a relaxation in the amorphous phase of the composite. The structural relaxation studied is irreversible and thermally activated, and dependences of its parameters on temperature and the Ni content are discussed in terms of the model of stress relaxation in local regions of the amorphous material.
