Abstract
Wirkstoffaddukt: Die Struktur eines Addukts aus Cisplatin und Rindererythrozyten-Superoxiddismutase wurde röntgenographisch mit 1.8 Å Auflösung gelöst. Die Platinierung erfolgt selektiv an His19, weit entfernt vom Kupfer-Zink-Zentrum. Erstaunlicherweise behält das proteingebundene Platinzentrum beide Chloridliganden (siehe Bild, Cu orange, Zn dunkelgrau, Pt hellgrau, Cl grün).
