Abstract

Aim:The major aim of this study is to identify the biomolecular interactions of nanoformulated essential oils. Materials and methods: Lemon oil and aloe vera nanoemulsion (N=12) preparation was done by standard protocol. It is further used for Particle size analysis in nanometre range, average mean diameter of particle size distribution and functional groups using sophisticated instruments like DLS, SEM and FTIR. Results:The results of this study has shown that average particle size of lemon oil and aloe vera nanoemulsion was obtained by DLS was 336±1nm, the mean diameter of the particle size was obtained by SEM was 42±2nm and in FTIR various functional groups were identified. Conclusion:The particle size analysis, average mean diameter of particle size and functional groups of nanoformulated lemon oil and aloe vera shows higher biomolecular interactions than the essential oils
