Abstract
Sr1-2xKxNdxBi4Ti4O15 (x = 0.0 and 0.1) ceramics are synthesized by solid-state sintering method. The phase formation confirmation and structural parameters are obtained from X-ray diffraction analysis. The effect of potassium and Neodymium substitution on microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics are investigated. The Curie temperature is found to be decreased and the piezoelectric coefficient (d33), electromechanical coupling factor (kp) are found to be increased.
