Abstract
Two cases are reported of distal ureteral stricture after basket manipulation of lower ureteral stones associated with retrieval of ureteral mucosal tissue. Management involves excision of the stenotic segment and reimplantation. The complications of stone manipulation are reviewed and discussed.
