Abstract

The interaction of the-components of composite materials is characterized in practice by a great diversity of the contact conditions on the contact surfaces. One possibility is the one-sided contact, characterized by a free slippage of the body components along the separation surface and by the possibility of separation. The zone where the direct mechanical contact is disturbed is not known in advance and depends on the applied loads. The presence of the separation may lead to an essential redistribution of the stresses in the matrix while in certain cases (if, for example, one has a hermetic connection) to the loss of the serviceability of the construction.
