Abstract

Successful training of highly qualified personnel is closely related to the preservation of health, improving the performance of students. The article analyzes the experience of using hygienic, pedagogical organization of the educational process in medical university students, as an indicator of increasing motivation to learn, revealing the subjectivity of students, increasing their stress resistance. The purpose of the work is to study the pedagogical hygienic means of the educational process in higher education, which increase the level of stress resistance of medical university students. The study involved respondents aged 20 years, students of the medical university in the number of 150 people. The diagnostic technique of the resilience test was used, which was adapted by D.A. Leontiev and E.I. Rasskazova on the basis of the Hardiness questionnaire, and such indicators of resilience as engagement, control and risk acceptance are analyzed. In the course of the work, it was found that in the general group, the number of students with high and average indicators of general resilience was 69 %, while 31 % of those who participated in the study had low indicators, respectively. Among them, 64 % of respondents showed high engagement parameters, 70 % control, and 87 % risk acceptance. During the experimental work, the group of students was divided into 2 subgroups of 75 people: control and experimental. The program of the formative experiment was thought out, where various pedagogical hygienic means of the educational process were used. The introduction of new pedagogical hygiene products has increased the level of overall resilience. So, the number of people with high parameters of resilience increased by 20 %, and the number of students with a low level of resilience before the experiment decreased to 11 %. In the experimental group, after the introduction of individualization tools, the overall index of resilience significantly increased from 69 % to 89 % (p < 0,05). In the control group, the increase in the index of resilience did not occur, it remained at the same level — 67 %.
