Abstract Strenx™ 1100 Plus is a high-strength, hot-rolled, quenched and tempered, structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 1100 MPa (160 ksi) and very good weld performance. The strength, elongation, and impact toughness of weldments fulfill minimum guarantees of the base metal.
