Abstract
AbstractFinancial centralized management is a new financial organization and management mode which is based upon centralizing financial accounting and financial management works of the enterprise group in a unified way under the network environment. It changes financial management environment and management concept of enterprise group, broadens range and content of financial management and poses new challenges to financial management of the enterprise group along wide application of information technology.
