Construction and effectiveness of engineering financial archives management informatization based on the integration of industry and finance

Abstract

With the rapid economic development today, the scale of some outstanding enterprises has been expanding. In the process of enterprise scale expansion and grouping, many financial management problems have been exposed. The purpose of this paper is to research the information construction and effect of project financial file management based on the integration of industry and finance. Firstly, the background and research significance of the integration of industry and finance are introduced, and the research status of the application of the financial archives management model is expounded through the literature review. While emphasizing the advantages of the integration of industry and finance, the difference between the financial archives management mode of the integration of industry and finance and the traditional financial management mode is explained. It focuses on taking the power company as an example to analyze how enterprise groups build a project financial file management system based on the integration of business and finance, realize business and financial integration in the process of process reengineering, build a new management accounting system, and realize financial informatization and intensive transformation. Using the financial evaluation model to analyze the project finance, the results show that the project is financially feasible.
