Abstract

The main tasks of the development of Ukrainian-Turkish economic relations, the joint modeling of a mutually beneficial integrated strategy for further cooperation and response to external challenges and threats to the security of relations based on internal factors of socio-economic development and external global and regional challenges of European integration are considered. It is determined that on the basis of the relations between Ukrainian-Turkish cooperation, bilateral relations in the conditions of the global competitive environment should become dynamic and multifaceted, which will ensure sustainable development and security of cooperation. It is noted that despite the events of recent years – the recession in European markets and the revitalization of the socio-economic development of the Asian region, the EU will remain an important market for Ukraine and the Turkish Republic in the short-run medium-term. Based on economic interests, European integration policy will continue to be important in shaping and implementing the foreign economic strategy. In a broader sense, the policy of European integration remains an important geopolitical benchmark for the implementation of the institutional foundations of economic development. Activation of the international relations of Ukraine within the Black Sea region as a potentially important and promising player updates the importance of the Republic of Turkey as a strategic and important partner. The revealed tendencies of relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey in the current conditions of geoeconomic transformations in the region give grounds to assert the upward character and prospect of further development between these states.
