Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) A PAI teacher finds strategies to improve her PAI learning performance in college. (2) At SMK Mathla`ul Anwar Buaranjati he finds ways for a PAI teacher to improve her PAI learning outcomes. (3) At SMK Mathla'ul Anwar Buaranjati he finds out what media a PAI teacher plans to improve her PAI learning success. The focus of this research is: (1) What were her PAI teacher's strategies for improving her PAI learning performance at SMK?(2) How did the PAI teacher assess her PAI learning success at SMK Mathla'ul Anwar Buaranjati? can it be improved? (3) What plans do PAI teachers have to improve PAI's learning performance in SMK Mathla'ul Anwar Buaranjati? It's a thing. The presence of researchers in this field is an important tool for data collection. The primary data sources for this survey are PAI teachers, principals, and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and inference. Data validation for this study used triangulation. The results of this study indicate that focus has been achieved. Teachers design activity programs, prepare learning components, modify learning and deliver modules. A second focus is on teachers observing students, paying attention to their learning patterns, and applying teaching methods. A third focus is on teachers using appropriate learning tools to facilitate learning such as syllabuses, lessons, prota, promissory notes, absence diaries, journals, assessments, question banks and media.
