Abstract

The paper describes some of the general aspects that a telco (KTAS) must take into account when making a strategy for the introduction of broadband networks and services on the business market. These aspects are: market demand, regulatory issues and different kinds of broadband technologies. Furthermore, the paper includes an overview of the actual Danish broadband activities and a description of a likely Danish broadband strategy for the evolution towards B-ISDN.
