Abstract
This academic article delves into the realm of inclusive education and intercultural communication within the context of elementary schools. The study sheds light on the crucial role of culturally sensitive teaching and intercultural training, while also recognizing the challenges confronted by elementary educators, such as inadequate training, limited resources, and handling large class sizes. To enhance inclusive education and intercultural communication, this paper recommends targeted strategies, including fostering collaborative co-teaching partnerships between primary and resource teachers.
