Abstract
In the context of global digitalization, digital technologies like big data are very important for improving the collaborative efficiency of supply chains. Big data technology has a big impact on the daily management behaviors of traditional supply chains and their enterprises. It also affects the production and operation models. Through continuous practice and innovation, it makes traditional fields and new technologies combine in an organic way. This can improve the overall efficiency of supply chains a lot. To make the digitalization and informatization of supply chains go faster, many enterprises are building and improving big data platforms. They try to improve collaborative efficiency by using digital empowerment. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method and chooses the supply chain of Build Your Dreams (BYD) as a case. It analyzes the problems that traditional enterprises face in supply chain collaboration. And it gives corresponding solutions. It aims to provide practical solutions for traditional enterprises during the transformation process. Through case analysis and strategic suggestions, this paper hopes to give new perspectives to supply chain managers. This can help them have more efficient collaboration and innovation in the process of digital transformation. So they can deal with the increasingly complex market environment and competitive pressure.
