Abstract

Based on the materials published on the pages of the British Ally magazine, it is shown how the British press covered the course of military operations during the Battle of Kursk and the invasion of the Anglo-American troops in Sicily. Assumptions have been made about the goals pursued by British journalists, submitting information about events from the angle determined by the British Ministry of Information.
