Abstract

Many of the Hungarian SMEs are facing problems using management methodologies. Strategicmanagement consulting is a common type of business consulting and is one of the most important in the field. Thearticle analyses the Hungarian management consulting market based on two previous Hungarian surveys. The goal isto better understand the Hungarian strategic management consulting market. Two surveys are compared with eachother and the size of the Hungarian strategic consulting market is calculated based on secondary data. Trends andproblems in the industry are also described briefly. The results of this paper help to better understand what ishappening in the industry.
