Abstract

In view of the emerging trend of business process reengineering, and tense competition in China Telecom Industry, in this paper, we study the strategic alliance with background of China Telecom Industry. First, we analyze the necessary of strategic alliance in China Telecom Industry. Second, we present the procurement model in telecom industry. Finally, we put forward a purchasing framework based on B2B platform, which is going to be applied among China telecom operators.
