Co. provides a broad range of financial services to individuals and businesses through its banking and nonbanking subsidiaries, including personal and business banking, leasing, insurance and wealth management. As of Dec 31 2003, Co. operated 57 branch banking offices in south central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland through its subsidiary banks, Bank of Lancaster County, N.A., Bank of Hanover and Trust Company, and First National Bank of North East.
