Co. provides a broad range of financial services to individuals and businesses through its banking and nonbanking subsidiaries, including personal and business banking, leasing, insurance and wealth management. As of Dec 31 2005, Co. operated 63 branch banking offices in south central Pennsylvania, northern Maryland and northern Delaware through its subsidiary banks, Bank of Lancaster County, N.A., Bank of Hanover and Trust Company, Pennsylvania State Bank, First National Bank of North East and Delaware Sterling Bank & Trust Company.
