Abstract
The article is devoted to research of problems of state regulation of green tourism in Ukraine and its institutional development. The article defines the problems of development of green tourism as a form of entrepreneurial activity. The present state of the economic development of rural green tourism and the normative and legal peculiarities of its functioning are analyzed. The ways of development of green tourism as a balanced system of satisfaction of socio-economic needs of the society, protection of interests of future generations, ensuring of a qualitative environmental state of the environment and institutional development of the state are determined.
