Abstract
This paper examines the state policy of support for young professionals in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in order to identify the effectiveness of existing measures and programs, as well as to develop recommendations for their improvement. The history and current state of the state policy of support for young professionals in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) are analyzed. The existing programs and measures to support young professionals in the region are assessed. The problems and challenges faced by young professionals in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) are identified. Recommendations for improving the policy of support for young professionals are made.
