Abstract
The article discusses the main goals and principles of Soviet public diplomacy in 1917-1925 in the RSFSR / USSR. The main directions, forms and methods of cooperation with foreign countries in the context of the policy of recognition and non-recognition of the RSFSR / USSR are highlighted. The article analyzes the cooperation of the state with various public and governmental organizations, as well as individuals.
