Abstract
Several studies on Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Algorithms (STARA) have been discussed in many studies recently. The employees who are more aware of STARA are more likely to have the lower organizational commitment and career satisfaction. This study examines STARA awareness's effect on job outcomes (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention) through job insecurity in private company employees in East Java, Indonesia. This study used 409 respondents from distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study found that STARA influenced turnover intention but not job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job insecurity significantly influenced job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention.
