Abstract

Single-Molecule Devices In article number 2202135, Zong-Liang Li, Christian A. Nijhuis, Enrique Del Barco, and co-workers report a single-electron logic calculator formed by a gated Au/S-(CH2)3-Fc-(CH2)9-S/Au transistor. The unique adjacent conductive molecular orbitals in the Fc moiety are controlled by the orthogonal bias and gate voltages, resulting in the implementation of all universal logic gates within a single-molecule device.
