Abstract
In this paper, we consider the stability of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with unbounded time-varying delays. Under less restrictive conditions those proposed in existing literature, we prove the asymptotic stability of the generalized Cohen-Grossberg neural networks. For the first time, we deal with the case where the unbounded time-varying delay τ(t) which is not necessarily continuous in time t. And for the amplification function, we only need it to be positive and continuous, a uniform positive lower and upper bounds are not necessary.
