Abstract

AbstractAn equation for the condensate wave function of a bisoliton gas is derived when the current carrier density is finite. The stability of a bisoliton condensate generating high‐temperature superconductivity in ceramic oxides is studied. The values of the critical condensate velocity and the electric current density are found. The weak dependence of the critical temperature on the heavy ion mass is explained. The dependence of the critical temperature on the charge‐carrier concentration is elucidated.
