Abstract
The author, who is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Tel Aviv University, analyzes the position taken by Israeli political parties on three crucial issues—security policy, economics, and religion—in relation to Israeli public opinion on these same issues in 1962 and 1969.
