Abstract

The issue of asymptotical stability for continuous-time multi-variable networked control systems is researched, where its network transmission is connected with network-induced delay. The complete mathematical model of the system is derived. The sufficient condition for asymptotical stability is analyzed and the maximum allowable delay conditions for systems are derived by using the 2nd Lyapunov stability theory. And the criteria of delay-dependent asymptotical stability for systems are derived. The merit of the proposed design methods lies in their less conservativeness, which is achieved by using free-weighting matrices techniques. The efficacy and feasibility of the proposed methods is shown by presenting simulation results from multi-variable networked control example.
