Methods: (1) The culture, proliferation and identification of rat BM-MSCs. Mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated from the bone marrow of male Wistar rats by density gradient centrifugation with Percoll and cutured with L-DMEM (Dulbecco’s modified medium), purified on the basis of adherent property. The morphological, proliferative and growth characteristics were observed in primary and passage culture under inverted microscope. Cell surface antigens of CD29, CD34, CD44 and CD29 were detected through flow cytometer. Sry (sex determining region of Y chromosome) of Wistar rat was cloned a r p t a w a R M v w I a v c i c e v ( d g C h T c improve left ventricular function through angiogenesis inducing and collagen deposition decreasing. The efficacy of allogeneic BM-MSCs transplantation for acute myocardial infarction is of great promise.
