Abstract

In the Age of Artificial IntelligenceArtificial Intelligence, sports events for urban societies cannot afford to ignore their possibilities from the reality of dramatic fights with algorithmic estimation. The crucial relationship between sports and society is to present such a dramatic fight for entertaining and learning devices. This study argues that design plays a significant role in the presentation and performance of sports as a public attraction and amusement. Even though contemporary sports cannot repudiate their existence in artificial intelligence technology as a capitalist economic commodity, their spiritual essence of drama can manage and overcome the domination of digitally broadcasting media for vanity and insanity. All this is because of the design that includes preparation, scheme, and the game. By design, sports activities are necessary thought of as a system of opportunity for athletes and society to experience the ecstatic moment of worldly presence; the ancient Greeks understood such an experience in terms of the arete. This study is an attempt to discuss and deliberately explore how such an experience is possible in contemporary society in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.
