Abstract

In this research, it is aimed to obtain a holistic knowledge of the subject by examining the subjects of organizational behavior made in sports sciences through graduate dissertations. For this purpose, for 21 different departments in sports sciences, master's and doctoral dissertations published in the national thesis center between 2009 and 2019 were subjected to examination. In this context, it was aimed to obtain information about the department of research, year, type of research, consultant titles, variables, and the universe and its sampling, and the findings were analyzed concerning the distribution by year and by frequency method. In the relevant years, 3858 theses made in sports sciences were examined and 126 were found to be related to organizational behavior. In the study, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, burnout, leadership, such as the most studies were found. Concepts such as presentism, endurance, learning, altruism, etc. have been studied in the least. When examined in terms of the universe and sampling, it was observed that youth sports provincial directorate employees, physical education teachers and coaches and academicians in sports sciences were more involved in the study.
