Abstract
In this work, the dependence of the spontaneous magnetization on temperature of La0.67Pb0.33MnO3 manganite has been experimentally estimated from the Arrot plots and from the magnetic entropy change. The magnetocaloric effect (MCE) in this sample has been simulated by the Landau theory and the phenomenological model. Theoretical simulations correlated well with the experimental results. A secondorder ferromagnetic-paramagnetic (FM-PM) phase transition has been proved for La0.67Pb0.33MnO3 compound.
