Abstract

A review is given on this subject, which essentially concerns delocalized electronic states: free carriers and excitons. In the recent years, important contributions have been published on the mechanisms of spin relaxation, electron-nuclei coupling, optical detection of ESR and NMR. The exciton orientation, which remains a rather separate subject, is more often performed under conditions of non-equilibrium luminescence.
