Abstract

The structure and electrical properties of laser-ablated LaSrMnO thin films containing mesoscopic clusters with metallic conductivity in an insulator matrix were studied. It is shown that the film properties, including temperature dependence of magnetoresistance and its behavior in high magnetic field, display features typical for spin-dependent tunneling.
