Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Ureaplsma urealyticum (UU) infection on male infertility.Methods To elect 83 cases of infertile men with uu,Randomly,compared between the cure and treatment groups,Semen analysis and sperm morphology.Results The duration of semen liquefied (33.37 ± 14.25),sperm count (77.38 ± 66.19),survival (52.37 ± 18.80),motility and activity (39.39 ± 16.00),The rate of normal semen have a significant improvement in cured group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion UU infection is one of the factors causing the decline of sperm shape.Prevention and timely treatment of UU infection have important significance for male infertility.
