Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of semen non-liquefaction on male infertility.Methods One hundred and twenty male infertility patients were divided into non-liquefied group (60 patients) and liquefied group(60 patients),the automatic analyzer Guolian sperm Semen was used to check and analyze,and to operate in accordance with the practical male infertility clinic study and standards prescribed by WHO.Results Important indicator of sperm a + b activity ratio and sperm viability was significantly lowerd (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Semen non-liquefaction decreases the sperm motility and sperm viability,so women are difficult to conceive,it is an important cause of male infertility.
