Abstract
Clinical cases of crossed aphasia in Russian-speaking patients, especially in ambidextrous, have not yet been adequately described. In the current study, we report a patient (male, 49 years old, Russian monolingual, ambidextrous: right-handed in writing, left-handed in everyday activities) with aphasia and neuropsychological deficits after right hemisphere (RH) hemorrhagic stroke.
