Abstract

. We studied microscale spatial fluctuations of the spectral response of CuInGa(S,Se)2 (CIGS) polycrystalline solar cell. The experimental setup is based on spectrally resolved light beam induced current mapping with a spatial resolution of about 2μm thanks to the use of a supercontinuum laser. Cartographies of minority carrier diffusion length and band gap are recorded. Local transport properties are thus probed avoiding averaging when measuring global parameters.
